Use the app for its intended purpose, respect other users, keep your account secure, and don't upload data you don't have the right to. You own your data; we provide the tools.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using EnVivo360° Hub (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
EnVivo360° Hub is a sponsor-relationship management tool. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality with reasonable notice for material changes.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Administrators may invite additional users and delegate sponsors to them.
- You are responsible for all activity performed under your account and by users you invite.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you don't have permission to store or share.
- Use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Store special categories of personal data (health, government IDs, financial account numbers) in free-text fields.
5. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the sponsor, contact, event, and communication data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data so we can provide the Service to you.
We do not sell your Customer Data or share it with advertisers.

6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting [support@your-domain.com]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
